Brifyx ("we", "us", "our") operates a web-based platform designed to structure and manage project briefs and execution workflows. This platform is operated by the Brifyx team, based in Germany.

• Project briefs and structured inputs
• Technical usage logs

How We Use Data

Data is used solely to operate the platform, generate structured outputs, maintain account security, and improve system stability.

Infrastructure

Brifyx relies on Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting and request logs), and third-party AI providers including OpenAI and Anthropic (AI brief generation via API).

AI Processing

Project brief data and client answers submitted through this platform are processed by third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and/or Anthropic) via their APIs to generate structured outputs. We may switch between or combine AI providers at any time without notice. Neither OpenAI nor Anthropic uses API-submitted data to train their models. Data may be retained by these providers for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes.

Data Deletion

Your data is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, all project data is removed from our systems immediately. Data previously submitted to OpenAI API may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days per their policy. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact: support@brifyx.com
